Course Enrollment and Payment Terms & Conditions
1. Decision and Enrollment Process
Prospective participants are strongly encouraged to attend the Demo/Webinnar sessions provided by CloudAge prior to committing to the course. This allows Candidates to make an informed decision regarding their enrollment.
2. Demo Sessions and Enrollment Cancellation
Participants have the option to cancel their enrollment without any financial obligation after the conclusion of the demo sessions. No charges will be applied for attending these introductory sessions.
3. Payment Obligations
Should participants choose to proceed with the course following the introductory sessions, they are required to initiate either partial or full payment of the course fees as per the payment terms specified by CloudAge.
4. Refund Policy
CloudAge maintains a strict no-refund policy. Once enrolled, if a candidate decides to cancel their enrollment at any stage during the course, any fees paid, whether partially or in full, are non-refundable under any circumstances.
5. Adjustments for Re-enrollment
Candidates who have paid the course fees, either partially or in full, and are unable to continue with their designated batch due to unforeseen circumstances, have the opportunity to join a subsequent batch. In such cases, candidates will be required to pay only the difference in fees, calculated based on the new batch’s fee structure minus any amounts previously paid.
6. Delivery Management System (DMS) / Learning Management System (LMS)
will be made available to the User/Student/Candidates/ for ONE(1) YEAR from the date, they make the payment of the course fees.
7. Non-refundable Fees
It is important to note that once course fees are collected by CloudAge, they are non-refundable under any circumstances. This policy is applicable to all participants without exception.

By proceeding with the enrollment and payment process, candidates acknowledge their understanding and agreement to these terms and conditions. It is the responsibility of each candidate to fully understand these terms prior to making any financial commitments related to the course.
